Curriculum

Our school uses a Christian based curriculum.  In addition to standard lessons we also teach religion around letters, numbers, colors, and shapes.  Along with standard lessons, we also teach motor skills such as pasting, gluing, tracing, dot-to-dot, coloring, beads, painting and games.  Language and math skills are taught by hands on learning.  Children learn matching, go-togethers, sequencing, lottos, letter sound matches, and picture sound matches.  Ongoing skills are practiced everyday such as listening, following directions, and manners.

Trinity Lutheran also has learning centers which allows the children to play cooperatively and investigate language, roles, materials, and relationships and encourages children to learn at their own pace with material that meet individual needs and level of development.

All classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and dismiss at 12:00 p.m.
